This is the third class for my Critical Literacy subject. Today I have presented my mnemonic device for the rule of ten as I said in my previous entry. At first Iwas quite embarassed to say it out loud but Mr. Kamaraziz has motivate me that is not need to be ashamed so i say it out loud and yes there is nothing to be ashamed of. After everybody has present their mnemonic device, we go on with the lesson for that day, still on the rule of ten and superstitons but this time we need to write critical rsponse using the rule of ten.
When I heard that we will write a critical response about the superstitions, I feel unease at first but when Mr.Kamaraziz said that he will guide our class about it then i feel at calm again. We write our critical response step by step according to the rule of ten. Mr. Kamaraziz asked us to pick one superstition, where we are going to make a critical response about it and I choose the superstitions "if a girl sing in the kitchen, then she will marry to an old man". I choose this superstition because for me it is something that is close to my heart where my mother always said to me whenever she heard me singing in the kitchen and also because I have read an article in the internet where it said that make a critical response on something that you care about. However we have not manage to complete due to the time restraint as our class is only single period taht is one hour, so we need to continue it in the next class.
